Returns
We aim to please so if you are unhappy with any purchase from Bosque contact us as soon as possible at hello@bosque.com.au with details of the issue. Where possible, please provide pictures to support your request.
Our Returns Policy covers only certain items. Please see the list below for items that are not covered by the policy.

We also do not offer refunds for Change-of-Mind so please select your products carefully before placing your order. You are welcome to contact us at hello@bosque.com.au if you have any questions or would like some guidance in your choices.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If items have been deemed eligible for return they must be sent to: Bosque Plants Pty Ltd, 20 Calca Crescent, Ferny Hills QLD 4055.
Our Returns Policy is valid for 30 days from date of delivery. Returns will not be considered outside of this time frame.
Gifts
If you have received the item you wish to return as a gift you will receive a gift voucher for the value of your return. The gift voucher will be emailed to you once we have received the returned item.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you after they have received it we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
Shipping of Returns
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you would like us to organise shipping of the return item/s you can contact us at hello@bosque.com.au The shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75 you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Partial Refunds
Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due an error on the part of Bosque Plants Pty Ltd, may be considered for a partial refund only.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
It can take a few days for a refund to show on your bank statement. If sufficient time has passed and the refund is still not reflected please contact your bank or credit card company for confirmation.
Replacements
We replace items only if they are defective or have been damaged in transit. We do ask for photographic evidence of this in order to process the replacement.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your Bosque order then please contact us immediately for cancellation and a refund*
*If your order is due to be dispatched within 24 hours, we will deduct the shipping cost as couriers are organised and paid for in advance. If your order has already been dispatched unfortunately we can no longer refund your order.
