Shipping & Delivery
Our green goodies are delivered across most of Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Australian Capital Territory and South Australia by third party courier services. We endeavour to have all orders shipped the following business day if it fits within the delivery guidelines as shown below. Please remember that we are shipping living gifts and our priority is ensuring these are shipped under the most appropriate conditions. Some postcodes within these states are not on regular courier routes and living gifts are unlikely to arrive in good condition, especially during the summer months. If you are unable to process your order at checkout please get in touch with us and we'll check the postcode for you.
We are unable to ship living green gifts to Western Australia, The Northern Territory and Tasmania owing to bio-security laws in those states. We are, however, able to deliver non-plant gifts to these states.
Please note all gifts are shipped from our Sunshine Coast Studio.
Christmas Delivery Cut-off Dates (gifts must leave our studio on this date for delivery before Christmas):
Interstate: 17 December 2025
Sunshine Coast and Brisbane: 19th December 2025
All shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15
- Orders are usually delivered within in 2-7 business days. Please enter your desired date at checkout but bear in mind it may be delivered earlier or later depending on the day the order was placed and the prevailing delivery situations in the destination state.
- We currently ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- Our couriers deliver Monday - Friday only, not on weekends or public holidays.
- Please note these orders will be sent with Authority to Leave ie. if there is no-one home to receive the package it will be left in a safe place. If there is no safe place to leave your order it will be taken to a local drop-off point for collection.
